Yes, we offer a wide range of 54 colours in our handmade socks, along with personalisation options. This allows you to create something truly unique, whether for yourself or as a thoughtful gift.
Do you offer a bespoke knitwear service?
Yes, because each piece is made to order, we’re able to offer customisation at no extra cost, from measurements and colours to styling details such as buttons and necklines. For bespoke orders, one of our knitwear specialists will be in touch to guide you through the process.

We use only the finest natural fibres, including wool, cotton, cashmere and merino. Each material is carefully selected for its quality, comfort and durability, ensuring our socks, knitwear and accessories are made to last.

What is my knitwear size?

How will my parcel be delivered?
All orders are carefully packed at our Welsh factory and sent from our warehouse using trusted delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched, along with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For UK orders, parcels usually arrive within 3–5 working days. International delivery times will vary by destination, but tracking details are provided so you can follow your parcel’s progress. You can read more on this here.

My item has arrived faulty, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service team - sales@corgi-socks.com with a brief description of the fault and a accompanying photo so we can resolve your issue.
How do I return an item for a refund?
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Until we receive the return, you are responsible for its safe keeping and for ensuring it is adequately wrapped to avoid damage in transit. We do not accept liability for items damaged during return shipping.
When can I expect my refund?
All refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt of returned goods.
How will the refund payment by processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. A returns charge will be deducted from your refund amount. If the item returned is a gift, then a credit note will be issued to the value of the product being returned.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only possible for a different colour or size of the same style. If you would like a different style, please request a refund and place a new order. Please note, any additional postage charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Can I return an item purchased in store?
We cannot accept returns for items purchased from retail outlets. Please return these directly to the retailer with proof of purchase.
Can I return and item given as a gift?
Yes, gift items can be returned as long as proof of purchase is provided. We’ll issue a gift voucher for the value of the item, less a £3 return charge. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.
If the item has a tag or label removed or missing, a £5 restocking fee will also be deducted.
Can I return a personalised product?

Will I be charged customs duties or VAT if my order is shipped to the EU?
No — the price you see at checkout is the final price. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse, and any applicable VAT and customs duties are already included. You won’t have to pay anything extra on delivery.
Can I visit your factory shop?
Yes — our factory shop is open to visitors. You’ll find us at Corgi Hosiery Ltd, New Road, Ammanford, SA18 3DS. The shop is open Monday to Thursday from 9am–4pm, and Friday from 9am–12pm. We offer a wide range of products with exclusive discounts, and our friendly staff will be happy to help you find the perfect socks, knitwear or accessories.
