We know that thinking about returns right now can be quite stressful. To make life a little easier, any orders placed from 1st March 2020 will qualify for an extended returns period of 90 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 90 days of receipt using one of the following methods. All refunds will be completed within 14 working days of receipt.
If you return an item it must be returned to us in its original condition. You should note that for reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to accept returns of socks unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged with all garment tags still attached.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches the Corgi warehouse.
Free Returns by Post (USA Only)
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be in new condition, unworn and include original product packaging.
The first step is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number providing all the information for us to create a return label (Name, Pick up Address, invoice number and email address) with the Reason for Return.
We will then send to you via e-mail your RMA number with a free prepaid label. Print the pre-paid shipping label from the e-mail you receive and attach it to your return package. You can either leave the package in your mail box or drop it off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) location.
Returns by Post Outside of USA
The item will need to be sent at your own cost and risk within 28 days of receipt.
Your international returns checklist:
- Pack your item securely
- Enclose your completed Returns Form and a copy of the delivery note if available
- Use a registered or traceable postal service - we are not liable for returned goods which are not received.
Returns from Retail Outlets
When in line with the above terms you must return a purchase made in a retail outlet to that retail outlet with a proof of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
When in line with the above terms in the event that an item is faulty or damaged please return the item using the above method, we will be happy to assess the item and exchange or refund it.
When in line with the above terms a gift item can be returned as long as a proof of purchase can be provided with the return.
The easiest way to return your goods is to follow the instructions above. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and the original packaging. Until you return the items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
